Uzhgorod has the most expensive rental housing

In Kyiv and Lviv, rental prices have increased by 3% over the past year. Olena Unanian, head of the Department for Relations with Developers at LUN Real Estate Company, announced this during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.

“Uzhgorod has the highest rental costs. There, you would have to pay around UAH 20,000 per month for a one-bedroom apartment. Meanwhile, in Lviv and Kyiv, the cost would be around UAH 17,000,” she stated.
