Ukrainian startups are highly valued in Poland for their innovation and speed – Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge
For the fourth time, the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge (PUSB) and its key partner, the Ukrainian Startup Fund, along with other partners active in Ukraine’s innovation ecosystem — including 1991, Investment Capital Ukraine, ISE Corporate Accelerator, Sigma Software, Techosystem, WinWin, and YEP — are conducting a large-scale analysis of the Ukrainian startup ecosystem. Łukasz Wawak, Project Manager of the Polish-Ukrainian Startup Bridge, announced this at the Media Center Ukraine.
“107 startups participated in this year’s research. 85% of them are based in Ukraine or have their management center there. Four startups have returned to Ukraine. For us Poles, this is not positive news because Polish investors understand that Ukrainians develop very innovative solutions very quickly and with high quality,” Vavak said.
A key part of this year’s research was twenty-five in-depth interviews. According to the survey results, 91% of respondents say they see clear growth potential for their own startup. More than 45% of respondents rate Ukraine’s current support ecosystem as moderately strong with positive prospects.
