Ukrainian mountain resorts offer infrastructure for people with disabilities

The tourism industry is currently undergoing a transformation to improve accessibility. Natalia Tabaka, head of the State Agency for Tourism Development of Ukraine, stated this during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine.

“The tourism industry now offers active travel opportunities for people with disabilities. In particular, ski resorts offer skiing and snowboarding activities for those with mobility impairments. They already have specialised instructors,” she noted.
