Ukraine will face an energy repair materials shortage in April unless trust with its partners is restored – Energy Industry Research Center

The accumulated reserves of equipment are beginning to deplete. The Ukrainian energy sector has no money, only debts. Restoring the trust of partners is critical now.

Oleksandr Kharchenko, Director of the Energy Industry Research Center, stated this during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.

“Either we will restore trust through the appointment of a new Minister of Energy or by resolving the situation with corporate governance in state energy companies, and we will return to normal, trust-based cooperation with donors and receive substantial, tangible assistance. Or, around April, we will start having problems with repair materials,” he said.
