Ukraine’s top military commanders satisfied with current mobilization pace – Fedir Venislavskyi
The current pace of mobilization meets the needs of the Armed Forces in terms of replenishing losses and forming reserves, which are essential for maintaining the Armed Forces and other components of the security and defense sector in good condition.
Fedir Venislavskyi, a Member of the Ukrainian Parliament’s Committee on National Security, Defense, and Intelligence, made this statement at a briefing at Media Center Ukraine.
“When the bill on improving mobilization, which we adopted, had been initiated, the mobilization had been proceeding at a pace and in such a format that hadn’t satisfied the top military leadership of Ukraine, the Command of the Armed Forces. But having worked with the security and defense sector — the Ministry of Defense and other representatives of the security and defense sector — we made, in my opinion, a bill, which came into force and has been working for almost three months. It shows that the situation with mobilization today is satisfactory to the top military leadership. And I would refer here to the statements by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who said that the mobilization is proceeding at a pace that meets the needs and interests of national security and defense, and by Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Syrskyi, who said that today, the mobilization meets the needs of the Armed Forces in terms of replenishing those losses, which are, unfortunately, inevitable, and in terms of forming those reserves that are constantly required in order to maintain our Armed Forces and other security and defense sector components in proper condition,” explained Fedir Venislavskyi.
