Ukraine’s GDP in 2024 reached 96% of pre-war levels – Yulia Svyrydenko

In 2024, Ukraine’s gross domestic product nearly returned to its pre-war levels, as stated by First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko during the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome.

“In 2024, Ukraine’s GDP reached 191 billion dollars. It is almost at its pre-war level, it is 96% of its pre-war level. 90% of the enterprises have resumed operations since the start of the full-scale war, and more than 110 new civilian factories have been built or are under construction, despite the constant massive attacks that we are experiencing every day,” she stated.

Svyrydenko highlighted that these achievements were made possible thanks to loans from international partners.
