Ukraine’s Armed Forces Shot Down Four Cruise Missiles and Eleven UAV Drones

During the last day, air defense units of the Ground Forces of Ukraine’s Armed Forces shot down ten tactical-level UAVs, while anti-air missile units of Ukraine’s Air Forces shot down one UAV drone and four cruise missiles.

Oleksandr Motuzianyk, the spokesperson of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, disclosed this information during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Over the last day, our brave defenders repelled twelve enemy attacks, destroyed three tanks, three artillery systems, six armored vehicles, and seven enemy trucks in Donetsk and Luhansk areas,” he said.

The spokesperson of Ukraine’s Defense Ministry emphasized that the foe aims to encircle Ukrainian forces near Lysychansk and Severodonetsk. Also, the enemy pursues an offensive toward Severodonetsk.
