Ukraine’s Armed Forces Repelled Two Enemy Attacks at the Bakhmut Axis

Oleksandr Motuzianyk, the spokesperson for Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense, presented this information during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

Near Bakhmut, the Ukrainian forces repelled the foe’s assault along Viktorivka – Vrubivka and Komyshuvakha – Vrubivka axes.

“To block our units, the enemy resumed offensive actions near the village of Zolote, trying to consolidate near the town of Roty and the village of Myronivka,” Oleksandr Motuzianyk said.

Also, Ukraine’s Armed Forces successfully contained the foe’s assault along Dolomitne – Kodema and Dolomitne – Novoluhanske axes. The enemy went on the offensive here, trying to improve their tactical situation and capture dominant heights. However, our defenders prevented the invaders from gaining any success.

In the same general area near Pokrovske, the foe conducted aerial reconnaissance using a UAV drone.

Along the Kurakhove axis, the enemy used a pair of Su-25 aircraft to carry out an airstrike on our positions near Krasnohorivka.
