Transparency ranking 2024: Leading cities revealed

Five Ukrainian cities were classified as “transparent”. Chernivtsi claimed first place in the 2024 Transparency Ranking.

These results were announced at the Media Center Ukraine during the presentation of the Transparency Ranking of Cities During Full-Scale War.

Lviv and Mukachevo each scored 75 points. Lutsk took third place with 76 points. Vinnytsia secured second place with 81 points. Chernivtsi topped the ranking with 84.5 points.
