The rules for applicants from the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) are not changing, but are being simplified to make them more accessible

Applicants from the TOT have the least access to information, so efforts are being made not to change the rules for them and to make them as accessible as possible. Oleg Sharov, director of the Directorate of Higher and Adult Education, said this during a briefing at the Media Center.

“The only change this year is that the simplified admission rules for graduates from the occupied territories will apply not only to those who arrived from the TOT starting January 1 of this year, but also to those who arrived from the TOT after October 1 of last year,” the official added.
