The Military Ombudsman’s Office must review complaints from service members within 10 days

Olha Reshetylova (Kobylynska), the Military Ombudsman of Ukraine, stated this during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.

“As of today, the Military Ombudsman’s Office is beginning to accept official complaints, not just inquiries, from service members. Therefore, we are now operating under the Law on the Military Ombudsman’s Office, not the Law on Citizens’ Appeals. We have ten days to review a complaint, and three days for cases involving a threat to the life or health of a service member,” she noted.

Within this timeframe, a complaint must be processed, and a course of action must be determined.
