The cause of the fire at warehouses in the village of Pohreby in the Kyiv region is under investigation – State Emergency Service 

More than 60 rescue workers were deployed to extinguish the fire in the village of Pohreby in the Kyiv region. Oleksandr Khorunzhiy, spokesperson for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, made this statement at the Ukraine Media Center. 

“It is difficult to determine the cause of a fire of this magnitude if it is not obvious. We need the laboratory to conduct tests, and we have interviewed witnesses; then we will be able to determine the cause,” he said.

Oleksandr Khorunzhiy noted that the fire covered an area of 5,000 square meters.
