The world has already formed the warship coalition in support of Ukraine – Minister of Defense Oleksii Reznikov

He made such a statement during a briefing at the  Media Center Ukraine – Odesa, commenting on the words of the Minister of Defense of the Netherlands, Kaisa Ollongren, that in 2025 this country, together with Belgium, will hand over two mine hunters.

“There is a trend to create certain coalitions in support of Ukraine. There were already an artillery, tank, and aviation coalitions. Now a warship coalition is being formed. Great Britain has already handed over two minesweepers, on which Ukrainian crews are already present and the flag of Ukraine is raised. We can say that a naval coalition has already been formed, which includes at least three countries,” Oleksii Reznikov noted.

He also noted that the maritime experience of the Netherlands will be very important for Ukraine in the process of restoring shipping and further work of the “grain treaty”.
