In the Mykolaiv oblast, the use of energy supply was reduced by 2.5 times – the head of OMA Vitaliy Kim.

The head of the Mykolaiv Military Administration announced this during a briefing at the Ukraine-Odesa Media Center.

“This is due to the facts, that firstly, businesses are not working and secondly, because many people have left the region. We will work with the electricity blackout schedule so as not to interfere with the military’s work,” Vitaliy Kim added.

Mykolaiv Oblast is 100% ready for the heating season, Vitaly Kim said during the briefing. “Although, if we’re going to be cold, we’ll go to Odesa,” the official added during a briefing at the Ukraine-Odesa Media Center.
