In occupied part of Kherson region, enemy troops shoot at endangered birds for fun — Serhii Khlan
In the occupied part of Kherson region, the enemy is “entertaining itself” by destroying endangered birds that have come there for seasonal migration. Serhii Khlan, Deputy of the Kherson Oblast Council made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“The occupied left-bank part of Kherson region is suffering from the actions of the occupiers. Arabat Spit and all health resorts are currently (functioning as) military bases, where both servicemen on rotation and those arriving as mobilized come. Yesterday reports came in that during the “regular training” the occupiers simply started shooting at endangered birds along the coast. Arabat Spit has always been an ecozone. There are birds that have migrated there seasonally, that is, for the most part there are white swans now. The occupiers are shooting them for fun,” — Khlan reported.
