State Border Guard Service refutes allegations about the arms procurement company
The partners engaged by the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS) for arms procurement, including for the Armed Forces, have earned a vote of confidence.
This was emphasized by Andrii Demchenko, spokesman for the SBGS, during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.
“We operate transparently, and our partners in arms procurement have also earned our trust. For example, the company accused of being a ‘dummy’ is NATO-certified, has been working with the SBGS for three years, and has no record of contract violations or delivery delays. In addition, this company has no outstanding obligations to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We continue our work and are ready to support not only our own units, but also others, if the Ministry of Defense proposes to transfer such responsibilities to SBGS and the government approves it. We are ready to work in this direction to ensure the uninterrupted supply of ammunition and weapons to all components of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,” Demchenko said.
