Since start of full-scale invasion, job-filling rate in business falls to 74% – expert

Job-filling rate in business is currently at 74%, while before the full-scale invasion it stood at 92%. These indicators are one of the factors influencing the increase in inflation.

Andrii Dlihach, Doctor of Economics, CEO of Advanter Group, made this statement during a discussion at Media Center Ukraine.

“Before the full-scale aggression, 92% of vacancies in business were filled, at the moment – 74%. The indicator dropped significantly. Accordingly, inflation is driven by the increase in labor cost, and this process will only intensify,” he said.
