Serhii Marchenko: Minimum wage to stay at 2024 level next year

Ukraine’s Ministry of Finance plans to keep the minimum wage unchanged next year, remaining at the 2024 level. 

This was confirmed by Serhii Marchenko, Minister of Finance of Ukraine during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine.

“At this stage, and in agreement with our key partners, we are unable to raise social standards,” Marchenko said. “This year, we successfully increased the minimum wage by 19% to UAH 8,000 per month. We believe it is feasible to maintain this amount throughout the entire next year.”
