More information: on April 13, the closed premiere of the play “The bomb shelter: is it possible to survive?” will take place in the bomb shelter of the Odesa National Academic Theater of Opera and Ballet. This show highlights the study of the specifics of human coexistence in a bomb shelter. Documentaries are achieved by using in the interview script respondents who lived through common experiences of the war.
The project is carried out with the support of the European Union within the framework of the Scholarship program for civil society leaders of the Eastern Partnership countries.”

- Why should cadets be equated with contract servicemen?
- Consequences of such changes in legislation;
More information: on March 13, 2023, a petition appeared on the website of the President of Ukraine calling for cadets of higher military educational institutions to be equated with contract service soldiers. As the author of the petition Yuriy Havrylyshyn notes, now cadets are equated with conscripts. Because of this, they are constantly faced with a prejudiced, low-value attitude on the part of other military personnel. This also applies to monetary support, which is currently 20% of the subsistence minimum. According to the author of the petition, it needs immediate changes.
