Oleksandr Starukh, Head of Zaporizhia Oblast Military Administration, stated this at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“There are regular explosives in Berdiansk and elsewhere. These explosions have different reasons. The invaders try to increase the capacity of Berdiansk Seaport, so they are clearing mines there. A section of the seaport became unusable after the explosion in March. They are trying to address this issue to expand moorage,” the Administration Head explained.
