Russia is violating its own laws by adopting abducted Ukrainian children – Kateryna Rashevska

In cases of the forced transfer of Ukrainian children to Russian families, the occupiers are even violating their own laws. Kateryna Rashevska, an expert at the NGO “Regional Center for Human Rights” and a Ph.D. in international law, said this during the presentation of the analytical report “Territory of Lawlessness” at the Ukraine Media Center. 

“A Russian family can adopt a Ukrainian child in less than a month. This violates all norms of Russian law,” she said.
