russia has two missile carriers in Azov Sea with total salvo of up to 8 rockets
Currently, we can observe the enemy ships periodically performing certain maneuvers in the Sea of Azov.
Dmytro Pletenchuk, Spokesman for the Ukrainian Navy, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“The presence of two carriers in the Sea of Azov is new. The total volley there can be up to eight missiles, and additionally there’s one warship. I am not ready to say what caused this yet, but we see a certain change in tactics, and from time to time they are trying to move these ships between different ports – Feodosia, Novorossiysk, Sevastopol. They are trying to enter Sevastopol as rarely as possible, because they do not feel that the level of security there is what they are used to. But they still have to go there periodically, to Sevastopol, because this is where the “Kalibrs” are loaded. The rest of the ships are kept closer to Novorossiysk, to the Novorossiysk base. And so periodically they began to enter the Sea of Azov”, explained Dmytro Pletenchuk.
