Recovery plan for Mykolaiv encompasses over 13,000 damaged or destroyed buildings and infrastructure facilities — Vitalii Kim
Vitalii Kim, Head of Mykolaiv Oblast Military Administration answered a question about whether a plan to restore Mykolaiv after Ukraine’s victory is already being prepared during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“It should be approached from two sides. As for the recovery plan, we have recorded absolutely everything: it is more than 13,000 buildings or structures that were damaged or destroyed, and infrastructure objects. This, of course, is the first step towards recovery. But as for the recovery plan, as I see it, whether it is with partners, with the construction of new facilities, or new workplaces, this document is still being worked out, and we can only now fully begin to work on it. But the war is not over, hostilities continue. Therefore, we will gradually move from priority actions to, let’s say, mid-term actions,” — Kim explained.
