Preparing for power outages: How Ukraine’s retail sector is bracing for disruptions

Over 70% of retailers in Ukraine report they are prepared to operate through potential power outages, according to recent findings shared by Andrii Zhuk, co-founder and chairman of the Retail Association of Ukraine, at a Media Center Ukraine briefing.

“Earlier, we conducted a study on how prepared retailers are for power outages. Our latest research confirms that over 70% are equipped with generators or batteries. So, when it comes to power outages, I want to emphasize that we’re prepared,” Zhuk stated.
