Post-war Belarus can expect thaw in relations with the West – Vadym Denysenko

The military threat from Belarus is currently absent, a development for which China deserves significant credit. However, Ukraine must consider how it will build its relationship with Belarus after the war.

Vadym Denysenko, Head of the Dilova Stolytsia Analytical Center, voiced this opinion at the Media Center Ukraine.

“With the end of the russian-Ukrainian war, a thaw in relations between Europe and Belarus, as well as between the US and Belarus, will occur. We will also have to change our relationship with Belarus and, in the future, normalize our relations. This will happen in the future, not during the hot phase of the war. We need to start thinking about this today,” he stated.
