Over the past year, the SAP has filed lawsuits for confiscation in the amount of 260 million, which is five times more than in all previous years. 

Over the past year, the institution of civil confiscation has undergone significant development in Ukraine. This was announced by Oleksandr Klymenko, Head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office, during a briefing on the results of the work of anti-corruption bodies in 2025 at the Ukraine Media Center.

“Over the year, 45 lawsuits were filed for a total of over 260 million hryvnia, which is five times more than in previous years combined. We consider this institution to be promising and will continue to develop it in the future,” he said.
