“Over the Last Week, russia Shelled Sumy Oblast 78 Times,” State Border Guard Service

Leonid Baran, Director of the State Border Security Department, disclosed this figure during his briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Over the last week, the border guards recorded 78 shelling incidents in Sumy Oblast. The foe shelled our territory over 1,000 times since April 10, when our units got back to the national border. They used airplanes 56 times,” he said.

The State Border Guard Service keeps strengthening these areas and developing all methods of interaction among units of the Defense Forces.
