Over 300,000 Ukrainians in frontline regions receive state relief on power bills, official says

More than 300,000 residential customers in Ukraine’s frontline regions are eligible for additional state funds to help pay electricity bills, Deputy Minister of Social Policy, Family, and Unity Tetiana Kiriienko announced during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.

“Currently, more than 309,000 recipients have received additional payments totaling 202.6 million hryvnia,” Kiriienko said.

Households in settlements across the Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhia, Luhansk, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Chernihiv regions are entitled to get a reprieve.
