Odesa Municipal Employment Center has found jobs for 800 IDPs in almost a year of operation

Another 800 vacancies are now available. Olena Kitayska, Director of the Department of Labor and Social Policy of the Odesa City Council, told this at a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine – Odesa.

She said that the municipal employment center was opened in June 2022 on the basis of the administrative service center. 

“Every IDP can apply, get advice, and find a job. During our work, we were able to employ almost 1000 people. These are mainly vacancies in municipal institutions and enterprises that provide educational and medical services and are engaged in the improvement of the city,” the official said. 

She added that the center currently has 1000 more vacancies.
