Nearly 100 children still remain in 24 settlements of Kherson region

Almost 100 children still remain in 24 settlements of Kherson region. Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, Spokesman for the Kherson Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

After the region was placed under mandatory evacuation orders, more than 700 children and their families were evacuated from the danger zones. The children remain, in particular, in the suburbs of Kherson, and social services and juvenile police will continue trying to persuade their parents to leave for safe places, Oleksandr Tolokonnikov said.
