National Police launch over 16,000 proceedings into russian crimes

Oleksii Serhieiev, Head of the Organizational and Analytical Support, and Operational Response Department of the National Police of Ukraine made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“Investigators of the National Police initiated more than 16,300 criminal proceedings into the crimes committed by the servicemen of the russian armed forces and their accomplices on the territory of Ukraine, most of them under articles 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (violation of laws and customs of war) – 11740; 110 (encroachment on the territorial integrity and inviolability of Ukraine) – 4088; 111-1 (collaboration with an enemy) – 669,” — he said.

Oleksii Serhieiev added that since the beginning of the full-scale war, police units have exposed 90 sabotage and reconnaissance groups, detained 821 people involved in sabotage activities, of whom 731 were handed over to the Secret Service of Ukraine.
