More Than 1,000 Heavy Missiles and Drones Have Been Fired at Ukrainian Power Infrastructure Facilities Since October 10 — Ukrenergo
Since October 10 alone, the enemy has fired more than 1,000 missiles and drones at power infrastructure facilities of our country. Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, Chairman of the Management Board of NPC Ukrenergo, told this during the briefing at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“More than 1,000 heavy missiles and drones have been fired at Ukrainian power infrastructure facilities since October 10. We survived 8 big waves and more than 10 smaller strikes, primarily owing to our heroic Armed Forces. In some regions where the facilities were damaged, the recovery works continue without a break. These are mainly main substations and power plants operated by both private and state-owned utilities. Wherever possible, both the generation ability to produce electricity and the grids’ ability to reliably transmit it over a long distance are being restored,” Volodymyr Kudrytskyi explained.
