Lubinets holds first meeting with russia’s Ombudsman Moskalkova

In addition to the recent exchange of our prisoners of war and hostages, the first meeting between the Ombudsman of Ukraine and the Ombudsman of russia Tatyana Moskalkova also took place.

Dmytro Lubinets, the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights made this statement at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

“I can say that the results in the form of the return of our girls come from the communication with Moskalkova in addition to other things. Such communication is our opportunity to bring our citizens home,” — he said.

As reported, on October 17, Ukraine and russia exchanged prisoners of war, as a result of which Ukraine was able to return 108 women held captive by the russians.
