Learning to Read Weather Forecasts: Educational Series “Elements Under Control” Presented in Kyiv

In honor of World Meteorological Day, the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center and the nationwide platform Diya.Osvita presented the educational series “Elements Under Control.” 

The project was presented at the Ukraine Media Center. 

Ruslana Korenchuk, CEO of Diya.Osvita, CDTO of Campus, and manager of joint projects between the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the Eastern Europe Foundation, noted that the series will help viewers better understand the forecasts issued by the hydrometeorological center. 

“The educational series will teach viewers how to correctly interpret the information provided in hydrometeorological forecasts and save time. We will do everything we can to ensure this series resonates with viewers. Currently, the platform has over 1.3 million users who are watching series for self-education,” she said. 

The series consists of 8 episodes, each 10 minutes long, providing clear information about the weather, natural hazards, and hydrometeorological observations. The Diya. Education platform allows users to receive a certificate upon completion of the educational project.
