Since the beginning of the full-scale war and until the end of last year, not only hundreds of thousands of internally displaced persons have moved to the Lviv region, but hundreds of businesses have also been relocated. Maksym Kozytskyy, Head of Lviv Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.
“The main goal we set for ourselves is to keep all willing to stay here, to create comfortable living and working conditions. Over the past year, we have relocated more than 250 companies from different regions, and they have started their work here in the Lviv region. 1300 people were employed through employment services at local enterprises. Last year alone, almost 15,000 sole proprietors and self-employed people were registered in the Lviv region,” said Kozytskyy.
