The Deputy Minister noted that despite the challenges that the country’s educational system is facing during the active hostilities, such as displacement of teachers and students, relocation of universities, destruction and looting of educational institutions by the occupiers, Ukraine did not stop the educational process. And currently, higher education institutions and vocational training establishments hold classes offline, if there is shelter on their premises, or in a mixed and online format. He added that when a university or college is relocated, people are the first to be evacuated.
