In the morning of October 4, Russians have already dropped 10 GABS in Kherson region

Over the past 24 hours, Russians dropped 16 guided aerial bombs on the settlements of Kherson and Beryslav districts, including Antonivka, where 7 people were injured and one person was killed by one of them. This was reported by Oleksandr Tolokonnikov, head of the press office of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, at a briefing at the Ukraine-Odesa Media Center.

“In total, 10 people were injured in the area yesterday and one person was killed. The shelling of Bilozerska community continued, three people were injured there. In Tenske, one person was injured. There is a wounded person in Kherson itself. In total, 17 people were injured [in the region], one of them, one of these 17, a man of 68 years old, died,” the spokesman said. In the morning of October 4, Russians have already dropped 10 guided bombs on the region’s settlements, and Kherson region was shelled 100 times in total over the past day, Tolokonnikov said.

“After a bomb hits a house, almost nothing remains. Only a large hole, two or three meters deep and 30-40 meters in diameter. The houses nearby are also destroyed, with shattered windows, perhaps a kilometer in diameter. If people are in the epicenter, it is almost impossible to survive, if they are nearby, they get shrapnel wounds,” said the spokesman.

The administration insists that civilian infrastructure and residential buildings are mostly affected by the bombing. GABs are launched from Su-34 and Su-35 aircraft, and from a distance of up to 70 kilometers. This is too far for Ukrainian air defense systems.
