In the Dnipropetrovsk oblast, 30,000 to 40,000 households are still without power
The russians have changed their tactics. They are trying to create the most difficult situation possible in specific areas, such as Odesa, the Mykolaiv oblast, and the Kyiv oblast. Oleksandr Kharchenko, Director of the Energy Industry Research Center, stated this at the Media Center Ukraine.
“This tactic of regional terror involves striking generating capacities in a specific region. They aren’t fully achieving their goal, but they are creating serious problems. The situation in Odesa has been more or less stabilized. In the Dnipro region, power has been restored to many households. Work is ongoing for the 30,000 to 40,000 people still affected, though initially about a million people were in the dark,” Kharchenko noted.
As before, he added, russia is also systematically attempting to destroy all infrastructure along the entire frontline.
