High likelihood of no power outages in September and October – Volodymyr Kudrytskyi
Currently, there is a strong possibility that Ukraine may experience minimal to no power outages in September and October.
Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, Chairman of the Board of NEC Ukrenergo, shared this optimistic outlook during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.
“If we factor out the potential impacts of shelling and recent weather anomalies, the outlook is promising. New generating facilities are scheduled to come online from maintenance as planned. In September and October, we have a strong chance of either facing minimal outages or none at all. Therefore, these autumn months are anticipated to be much smoother compared to July, which has been the toughest month of the summer,” Kudrytskyi explained.
