General Staff Brings Attention to Difficulties with Reinforcing russian Units Operating in Ukraine’s Territory

Oleksii Hromov, Deputy Head of the Main Operations Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, disclosed this fact at Media Center Ukraine — Ukrinform.

 “The leaders of russia try to stop the personnel outflow from the army and plan to amend laws and prohibit discharge from the armed forces. We observe civilians’ reluctance to sign up for military service on a contractual basis. There is a significant shortage of cadets in military higher education establishments,” Oleksii Hromov said.

Also, the foe considers redeployment of the russian military personnel from Syria to Ukraine to reinforce the russian occupation forces.
