Participants include representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, international analytical centers, non-governmental organizations, independent experts, human rights defenders, and representatives from the diplomatic corps.
Agenda Panels:
- War of attrition: How Ukraine can neutralize the threat without a ceasefire;
- The Crimea precedent as a key to a just peace;
- Looted economy and colonial policy of the Russian Federation in the occupied territories of Crimea, Eastern and Southern Ukraine;
- International support amid prolonged Russian aggression and occupation: Partners, tools, and opportunities.
In light of this evolving context and new challenges, the Crimea Platform Expert Network has initiated the Fourth International Forum. During the event, leading Ukrainian and international experts, alongside government representatives, will analyze the current situation and develop recommendations for Ukraine and its international partners. These outcomes will help consolidate efforts within the global community to ensure security guarantees, hold the Russian Federation accountable for international crimes, achieve just compensation, and restore the rights of those affected by the occupation of Crimea. The forum’s results will also lay the groundwork for further advocacy at the upcoming Parliamentary Summit of the Crimea Platform in Sweden.
This event is part of the International Crimea Platform — a mechanism aimed at de-occupation and reintegration of Crimea, and the restoration of Black Sea, European, and global security.
