For the first time in history, Ukrainian teenagers who have studied in Europe can enroll in Ukrainian higher education institutions based on the results of exams from foreign schools.
There are two other very specific types of exams that are considered equivalent to higher education entrance exams.
Oleg Sharov, Director of the Directorate for Higher Education and Adult Education, announced this during a briefing at the Media Center.
