“The second point is that he (the U.S. President — Ed.) perceives this war as a struggle of authoritarian, totalitarian regimes against democracy, and he constantly talks about it. And he really believes it. That’s exactly why finding common ground with russia now will mean actually giving it the opportunity to continue doing evil, to build up in order to make another throw towards Ukraine or some other state. Of course, we can’t rule it out,” Olexander Khara explained.
