Experts predict improvement in energy situation
Oleksandr Kharchenko, Director of the Energy Industry Research Center, stated that protective measures at energy facilities are playing a crucial role in the ongoing recovery from massive russian attacks. He provided this update during a briefing at the Media Center Ukraine.
“The energy system is currently in a recovery phase after the attacks. We expect to see positive dynamics this week. Power supply is being restored. Nuclear power plants are operating at full capacity, and repairs to high-voltage networks are ongoing. The process of restoring the power supply and energy system continues,” he said.
Kharchenko emphasized that Ukraine could achieve minimal power outages if it had 6-7 weeks for repairs between enemy attacks.
