Enemy targets 50 oil depots and refineries since the full-blown invasion began, reports Serhii Kuiun
Since the onset of the full-scale invasion, the enemy has targeted 50 fuel infrastructure sites, including oil depots and refineries. This year alone, there have been 10 attacks on the country’s oil depots.
Serhii Kuiun, a fuel market expert, shared this information during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“Based on our data, since the war began, 50 specialized infrastructure facilities—oil depots and refineries—have been attacked. Large plants like Ukrtatnafta, once the largest oil refinery, as well as smaller, mini refineries, have been hit. About five mini refineries were completely destroyed, and some others closed to protect workers,” Kuiun noted.
He also reported that this year, the enemy has conducted 10 attacks on oil depots, with two being destroyed just last week.
Despite these attacks, Kuiun emphasized that the fuel market remains stable, with a constant surplus of all fuel brands.
