Demand for digitalization of public services on the rise among Ukrainian military and veterans
If at the beginning of 2022 there was a significant increase in the demand for digital services related to internally displaced persons, today there’s a rise in demand for digitalization of processes related to the Ukrainian military.
Volodymyr Brusilovskyi, Team Leader of the “Action Support Project”, UNDP Ukraine, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.
“Now there are a lot of requests for digitalization, for example, processes related to military document circulation, the course of action for the wounded, the military medical commission, obtaining the certificate of a participant in hostilities, etc. There is a need to digitize those services that may not have been a priority before the full-scale war, for example, in the field of veterans and in other areas,” he noted.
