Defense tech and education lead the way in Ukraine’s startup ecosystem – Ukrainian Startup Fund

Despite the war, Ukrainian entrepreneurs are creating cutting-edge technologies.

Yana Hulak, head of the Ukrainian Startup Fund, shared this information at the Media Center Ukraine.

“The primary focus of Ukrainian innovations is defense and military technology. Next are education and health-related innovations, followed by space and energy efficiency. There are also a variety of programs focused on deep tech — these are science-intensive innovations,” she said.
