Critical infrastructure object damaged significantly – Deputy Head of Lviv Oblast Military Administration on Shahed attack

As a result of an enemy attack by Shahed drones at night on June 20, a critical infrastructure object in Lviv was significantly damaged. There are no victims among the civilians.

Andrii Hodyk, First Deputy Head of Lviv Oblast Military Administration, made this statement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“Unfortunately, yesterday morning started with a missile threat, and what’s even worse, a hit into a critical infrastructure object in Lviv city. Fortunately, there are no victims, no injuries. Only the above-mentioned object was significantly damaged: windows were damaged, vehicles near the specified object were damaged, and floor coverings were partially damaged. As a result of the impact, one of the floors caught fire, but due to the efforts of the State Emergency Service, the fire was contained as quickly as possible,” he said.

Currently, according to Andrii Hodyk, the damage is being assessed and steps are being taken to restore the damaged object. The situation in Lviv city and Lviv region is under control.
