Oleksandr Kharchenko, Director at the Energy Industry Research Center, answered this question during the briefing in the Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

In terms of high-voltage lines, we have lost about 55–70% of key elements of equipment. They are damaged or destroyed. This is a problem that concerns the electricity transmission,” Oleksandr Kharchenko explained.
