Business in Dnipropetrovsk region: more than 70 companies relocated to the region

Despite the difficult conditions caused by the war businesses in the Dnipropetrovsk region are operating, and a large number of them are returning to the region.

Mykola Lukashuk, Head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Council, made this announcement during a briefing at Media Center Ukraine – Ukrinform.

“There is a tendency today. The trend is that more than 70 companies have relocated to our region. A large number of companies have moved to Lviv and Zakarpattia oblasts. However those regions are missing the most important thing— there is no specially trained staff to work on equipment, etc. That is why we see a large number of people returning to the Dnipropetrovsk region. Despite the rocket attacks, despite the sirens and blackouts, the main thing is that there is human capital, people who have relevant skills to work on this or that equipment. That’s why the business continues operating amidst these difficult conditions,” said Mr. Lukashuk.
